MMAMIXER.COM is a new project and needed careful attention to detail. The site’s demographic focuses on Mixed Martial Arts content and needed graphic elements that sets them apart from other sites in the world of MMA.

Graphic Design – MMAMIXER.COM Dangerous Lifestyle Graphics/Website

Client: MMAMIXER.COM

Flow: ULATAN needed to create a home that was both informative and aesthetically pleasing and different from other MMA sites. Therefore, the white/grey/black/blue color palette was used. In addition, the site’s logo and branding (Dangerous Lifestyle) were also coined and created. The X logo marked the significance of the MIXER. The Mixer was instructed to be a “mix” of news from all corners of the MMA world with a core emphasis on MMA apparel. Dangerous Lifestyle embodies the “dangerous lifestyle” lead by the MMA demographic. Also, the robotic characters were also strategically placed as an asset/mascot figure. This was also done to separate MMAMIXER.COM from other websites who use a traditional skull/wings/fighter graphic.

In addition, ULATAN also created web graphics for all MMAMIXER.COM featured stories (as seen below).

Overall, MMAMIXER (since it’s launch on March 1st 2009) has grown exponentially in its 3 months of existence with a growing viewership jumping from 1000+ visitors after its first month to 4500 visitors during its third month!
