Below are a couple of scenic photos shot during my stay in Oahu in November 2011. They are two which I wanted to showcase the beauty of the island in different and fresh way. Using the Flare Burn Treatment (which I am currently perfecting), I hope to have achieved such a feat. With this technique, I wanted to give the shots the theme of “clockwork” as it symbolizes the aim to freeze these awesome views of paradise. Many thanks to the fam DJ Packo for his hospitality. Shot this photo the other night while driving around aimlessly to easy my mind. It was rather difficult focusing in low light as any photographer would tell you. But I think the end result turned out pretty good. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. Hope you like it too.

Decided to stop by my favorite beach spot in Carlsbad and shoot the sunset. You’ll have to forgive the heavy post processing but it was essential because the overcast was overwhelming. Nevertheless, the final results turned out to be exceptional. Hope you like it! I love the San Diego sunsets!!

Photography- La Jolla Steel

Flow: I had a chance to make a trip out to the La Jolla Cove today. It was a beautiful day! I snapped a few shots of the sunset, but before I did that, I snapped these of a building under construction. I really love the detail in the clouds and the in the bare metal skeleton. You can also see how beautiful the day was.

Equipment used: Canon 5D, 17-40mm L, Photoshop for post
