Learning how to juggle professional and personal

I have to admit… juggling professional and personal work is a daunting challenge. When thinking about the aspect of time, I’m left with the notion that (although time is relative), there isn’t enough to go around. I have to find a streamlined way to juggle practice, clients, projects, traveling, family and friends constantly.

Many people don’t know this, but when I was laid off from the corporate world, I thought I would have more time on my hands. I couldn’t be more wrong. In fact, it seems as if time is shorter. My days go by fast and projects fly by the second. That’s why managing time is an essential aspect to juggling (balancing) professional and personal.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll streamline my current schedule and attempt to balance what seems to be the impossible. Right now, I seem to be doing just fine, but I know I can always improve the way time is managed. Thanks for listening, I just needed to vent this out a bit!
